Open to all widow/ers!
The material is designed to assist and support participants in developing a customized plan for moving towards better (MTB). Individuals will have their own definition of what MTB means to them. Course Facilitators, experiential exercises and group collaboration will help participants create a roadmap and implementation plan for moving towards better.
We will guide participants in developing the skills necessary to move towards better on a daily basis, continuing the healing process, leading to a more resilient, happy, and fulfilling life.
You must be a widow or widower to enroll in this program. The amount of time since your de-coupling event is not critical, as individuals will be at different healing points on their road to happiness. What is important is that you want to move forward and are willing to be an active contributor on your own road to success and happiness. This is a program for those wanting to take charge of their own rebuilding process and be masters of their own destiny.
There is no charge to participate in the program. The program is graciously sponsored by the Tikvah Center for Jewish Recovery and Healing in Northbrook, IL.
